Table of every distinct Form ID on the site with columns Form name, Form ID, Responses and Last seen, 25 rows per page, searchable by name or ID. Fed by the site-wide registry, so it does not wait on Confluence search indexing. Sections on the page are Getting started (dismissible onboarding), All forms, and Forms (a sidebar list of forms you have opened).

#Worth knowing

  • Input macros placed outside a Form container are never indexed: they do not reach the catalogue, the responses table, the CSV export, the byline drill-down or the search panel.

  • The catalogue's "Responses" column counts PAGES carrying the form, not submissions, and counts pages where nothing was ever filled in.

  • The All forms list is not permission-filtered: every Form ID, form name and page count on the site is visible to any signed-in user who can open the Forms page. The pages and answers beneath it ARE permission-filtered.

  • The indexed copy of a page's answers is capped at 28,000 characters, with a silent trim ladder: multi-value answers cut to 5 entries, then whole forms dropped, then the page recorded as carrying no forms. Answers on the page are never lost - only the index of them.

  • Property-based CQL search only works once Confluence has indexed the property, so a form saved seconds ago can be missing from the catalogue drill-down and the export while the page itself shows the answers.

  • Forms silently adds and removes Confluence global labels on customers' pages, as the app.
