Readers see a Connect panel instead of the interactive table
#Why it happens
Viewer access was never set up, so the table can only be served to readers who have their own connected Smartsheet. And anonymous visitors cannot connect at all.

Open the macro settings and press "Set up viewer access" under "Enable viewer access for the interactive table".

#A few things that catch people out
Production customers are on the legacy Connect app.
The legacy token import depends on reading a reserved Confluence app property. If that read fails it falls back to a server-side site map that must be populated, otherwise previously connected users appear disconnected after the upgrade.
Seven macro parameters exist only for compatibility with the old Connect app. Four of them (userAccountId, origin, option, outputType) are never read and changing them does nothing.
