Stop sharing a published Smartsheet link from Confluence
To stop sharing a published Smartsheet link from Confluence, open the Smartsheet macro's configuration, find the link under How this sheet is shared in Smartsheet and select Remove link. Smartsheet turns the publish link off, so it stops working for everyone who had it, inside and outside Confluence. Switch the macro to Interactive table if readers still need the data.
#Before you start
You are logged in to Smartsheet in the macro, with permission to change the sheet's publishing. See Who may change sharing.
Removing a link affects every page and website that uses it, not just this page.
#Steps
Edit the page and open the Smartsheet macro's configuration.
Under How this sheet is shared in Smartsheet, find the read-only or edit link.
Select Remove link next to it.
Wait for Link removed. It stops working for everyone who had it.
Choose Interactive table under How readers see the sheet, select Apply, and publish the page.
#What happens next
The old link shows Smartsheet's own unavailable message wherever it was used. The page now shows the private interactive table instead.
#If it does not work
Could not remove the link.: you may not have permission to change the sheet's sharing. Ask the sheet owner, or remove the link in Smartsheet.
The sharing panel says to log in: see this troubleshooting page.
A publish link stopped working and you did not remove it: see Publish link stopped working for people outside this page.
