Add labels to many Confluence pages at once
To add labels to many Confluence pages at once, run a search in Capable Search, select Bulk Change in the footer and tick the pages. Open the Change N pages menu, choose Add labels, type the labels separated by commas or new lines and select Add labels. Existing labels stay on each page.

Edit permission on the pages | Pages you cannot edit fail and are listed. |

Run a search that finds the pages you want to change.
Select Bulk Change in the footer under the table.
Tick each page you want to change.
Open the Change N pages menu and select Add labels.
In Labels (comma or newline separated), type the labels, for example
marketing, q4, weekly.Select Add labels and wait for every page to finish.
#What happens next
Each page gets the new labels alongside the ones it already has. Bulk Change cannot remove labels; to remove one, open the page in the side panel and edit its Labels row.
