Change the status of many Confluence pages at once
To change the status of many Confluence pages at once, run a search in Capable Search, select Bulk Change in the footer and tick the pages. Open the Change N pages menu, choose Change page status, pick the status and select Apply status. Each page is updated in turn and failures are listed.

Page statuses in the space | Content statuses must be turned on in the space settings. |

Run a search that finds the pages you want to change.
Select Bulk Change in the footer under the table.
Tick each page you want to change.
Open the Change N pages menu and select Change page status.
Pick the status to apply. Each is marked Space state or Custom state.
Select Apply status and wait for every page to finish.
#If it does not work
The list offers the statuses of the first page you ticked. If your pages are in different spaces, change one space at a time.
