What is not available

Every product has a shape people expect it to have, and this is where this one differs from that shape. Nothing here is coming in a particular release; it is simply not offered today.

The page exists so you can plan around it rather than spending an afternoon looking for a switch.

#Not available

  • There is no byline, page-tools item or content property surface. The app's only in-page surface is the macro.

  • Attachment analytics. Attachment dimensions are created by the dimension sync and appear in the dimension table, but nothing ever records an attachment event and there is no attachments report. Those dimensions stay permanently empty.

  • Reaction tracking. The settings page lists reactions as one of its features, but no reaction event is ever recorded. Only page created/updated, comment created/updated and search are captured.

  • A multi-site or connection-group selector. Instance identity fields exist internally and would be stamped onto events, but nothing ever sets them and there is no UI for it, so the related report filters can never show anything.

  • A configuration import screen. The underlying import capability exists but has no user interface and no way to reach it.

  • A Universal Analytics view id setting. The field is carried through from the legacy migration but is never shown and never used.

  • A copy-paste snippet for Capable Sites. Only Refined and Scroll Viewport get snippets; Capable Sites is enabled with the switch in that site's own Integrations settings instead.

  • The legacy Atlassian Connect version of the app is not part of what ships. It survives only as the identity used to migrate existing customers' settings across.

#A few things worth knowing

  • If one of these is the reason you are evaluating the product, say so before you buy rather than after.

  • The list changes with each release, so check the release notes before assuming it still applies.

  • Where the app's own wording differs from this page, believe the app.

Better to know now than hunt for a switch.
