What you are seeing

Some report filters (surface, account type, guest) are missing or greyed out.

#Why it happens

The optional custom dimensions those filters depend on have not been created in your GA4 property.

#What to do

Run "Sync dimensions" in the Enhanced tracking panel, then wait up to 48 hours for Google to start collecting them. The core reports work without them.

Starts a Google sign-in popup. The connection is site-level: one admin connects once and the whole Confluence site uses it. Disconnect revokes access at Google and deletes the stored tokens.
