What you are seeing
You want to connect GitHub once for the whole site, and you cannot find the setting.
#Why it happens
There is no site-level or admin-level GitHub connection, and no GitHub settings tab anywhere in Capable global or space settings. Authentication is per person only.
#What to do
Tell people to connect their own accounts from a GitHub file macro. If you want everyone to see the content without connecting, put the files in a public repository.
