I re-picked the file through Browse GitHub and my Show Border / Show Line Numbers choices reset, and my description vanished.
#Why it happens
Saving from the picker rebuilds the whole configuration from scratch with Show Border and Show Line Numbers hard-coded to true and no description key at all, overwriting anything previously stored.
#What to do
Re-apply any non-default settings after re-picking a file. In practice the settings have little or no visible effect anyway.
