What you are seeing
The macro shows an error, and the file used to be there.
#Why it happens
The file was deleted or renamed, or the branch was renamed or removed. The macro fetches the file from GitHub each time the page is viewed, so the error card appears straight away.
#What to do
Re-pick the file through Browse GitHub, or update the branch.
