## Why it happens

There is no site-level or admin-level GitHub connection, and no GitHub settings tab anywhere in Capable global or space settings. Authentication is per-user only.

Tell people to connect their own accounts from a GitHub-file macro. If you want everyone to see the content without connecting, put the files in a public repository.
