Logged-out readers see a sign-in notice instead of the file
What you are seeing
Someone who is not logged in sees a sign-in notice where the GitHub file should be.
#Why it happens
Logged-out readers can only see files from public repositories. To avoid surprising a stranger, Capable never opens a GitHub sign-in window for someone who is not logged in. The notice does not name the repository either.
#What to do
This only affects private repositories. If logged-out readers need to see the content, move the file to a public repository.
