Capable shows your connected GitHub account using details from GitHub: your GitHub account ID, your username (shown as the display name) and your avatar.

Each connection lists the provider and GitHub username with the date it was made. The Revoke button beside it removes the link.

Connect your GitHub account

On a Confluence page, insert the "Github file (Capable)" macro, then select Connect GitHub in the macro. Or open the macro's configuration and select Connect in the Browse GitHub dialog.

Connect a second GitHub account

In the Browse GitHub dialog, open the account dropdown and choose "Add account". Or use the Manage Connections panel, which you reach from the picker's toolbar.

Disconnect a GitHub account or revoke access

Atlassian account settings → Connected Apps (not inside Capable)
