Status macro

The status macro allows you to add ‘Status’ badges to a page, using a predefined list of possible statuses. These badge options are available so that you can choose the appropriate status for the content. The selected status can be changed directly from the page while you are viewing it, or while you are in edit mode. This makes it straightforward to update statuses as work progresses and keeps the page information current.

These status badges can then be included in Page Properties Report macros, allowing the status to be displayed in a collated table. By doing this, you can show the status across multiple pages in a single consolidated report, making it easier to track and review status information at a glance.
