Show all pages of a PDF in Confluence
To show all pages of a PDF in Confluence, set Viewer Options to Scroller in the PDF embed (Capable) macro. The pages then run one under another and readers scroll through them. Use Height to choose how many pages fit in the viewer before it scrolls; the default is one.
#Before you start
You can edit the page, and the macro already has a PDF.
Scroller suits short documents read end to end. For a long manual, Slider (one page at a time) is easier to navigate.
#Steps
Edit the page, select the PDF embed macro and open its configuration.
Set Viewer Options to Scroller.
Choose a number under Height: the number of pages shown without scrolling.
Close the configuration window and publish the page.
#What happens next
The viewer shows the pages stacked, with zoom buttons in the toolbar. There are no previous and next buttons and no page box in this layout, and Initial Page is not used.
#If it does not work
Height only offers 1: the list fills in once the preview has counted the pages. Wait for the preview. See Height dropdown only offers "1".
You want to start on a particular page: switch back to Slider. See Open a PDF at a specific page in Confluence.
