Height dropdown only offers "1"
What you are seeing
The Height dropdown only offers "1".
#Why it happens
The panel could not read the document to find out how many pages it has (bad address, permission failure, or the upload has not finished).
#What to do
Fix or re-select the source, wait for the preview to load, then reopen the Height dropdown.
#Limits that apply here
Limit | Value | What happens |
|---|---|---|
Attachment picker size | 250 attachments | The Existing Page Attachment dropdown lists at most the first 250 attachments on the page. There is no search or paging, so a PDF beyond that cannot be picked. |
Height dropdown range | 1 to the document's page count | If the config panel cannot read the document (bad address, permission failure, upload still in flight), the only selectable height is 1. |
#A few things that catch people out
The Height dropdown can only offer 1 if the document's page count cannot be read.
