Opening pop-out or fullscreen shows the page the reader was on, not the configured Initial Page, and ignores the Height setting.
#Why it happens
The modal carries over the reader's current position and fills the modal rather than applying the scroller height limit.

Expected behaviour. Treat Initial Page and Height as settings for the in-page view only.
