What you are seeing
"This PDF is too large".
#Why it happens
A PDF loaded from a web address is fetched through Capable's proxy, which refuses anything over 2.5 MB. The limit is not shown in the macro editor.
#What to do
Attach the file to the page and use Existing Page Attachment instead; attachments are not capped by the proxy. In the Capable Suite an admin can alternatively approve the host under Egress, which bypasses the proxy and its cap.
