Public PDF links
Fetched by Capable's own URL proxy rather than by the reader's browser, because most PDF hosts will not allow a browser on another domain to read their files. The bytes pass through Capable infrastructure. This is why no per-domain admin approval is needed for arbitrary PDF links, and also why the proxy's size and host rules apply.

#Worth knowing
Signed-out readers never see the document, on any source, even on a public page.
Linked PDFs must be on public https. Plain http, IP addresses, intranet hosts, .local/.corp/.lan/.test style domains and anything under amazonaws.com will not load.
Pasted PDF links are not automatically converted into the macro.
