# Height dropdown only offers "1"

The Height dropdown only offers "1".

## Why it happens

The panel could not read the document to find out how many pages it has (bad address, permission failure, or the upload has not finished).

Fix or re-select the source, wait for the preview to load, then reopen the Height dropdown.
