Permissions and access

Start from what you are seeing rather than from what you think is broken. Each page below names the symptom, explains why it happens, and says what to do about it.

Several of these are the product working as designed, which is worth knowing before anybody raises a ticket.

Whole panel or global page is replaced by a yellow 'License Not Found' or red 'License expired' card	Licensing is enabled in production and the site has no active licence, or the licence or trial has expired.

Logged-out or anonymous viewers see nothing from the app	Both surfaces are set to display only for logged-in users, and there is no anonymous or read-only mode.
