Download the .md attachments from Jira's own attachments area to share documents outside the app.

The attachments section of a Jira work item listing API Documentation.md alongside diagram files, each row with a delete and a download button.
Each document is stored as an ordinary .md attachment on the work item, so it can be downloaded from the attachments list like any other file.
