What you are seeing

Many pages failed with a permission error.

#Why it happens

The migrating account cannot edit those pages, or they are restricted.

#What to do

A red alert lists the affected spaces as buttons that open each space's permission settings. Grant the missing add-page and add-attachment permissions, or turn on Use Admin Key on the Options step, remembering that the switch alone grants nothing, the admin key must be activated in Confluence first and it expires on a timer. Then re-run; only the listed pages need re-doing.
