What you are seeing

The "View on Marketplace" link is broken on an unlicensed site.

#Why it happens

The Miro app does not pass a Marketplace id into its licence screen, so the link resolves to an invalid address.

#What to do

Search for "Miro for Confluence" on the Atlassian Marketplace directly, or manage the subscription from Admin Hub.

#A few things that catch people out

  • The gallery and both admin entries are logged-in only, so anonymous and unlicensed users never see them at all.

  • If licensing is enforced and no licence is found, the in-app "View on Marketplace" link is broken: the Miro app's start-up never supplies a Marketplace id, so the link resolves to an invalid address.
