Find the Miro boards used in a Confluence space

To find the Miro boards used in a Confluence space, open the space and select Miro in the space sidebar, then the Space boards tab. It shows a card for every board embedded on a page in the space, with how many pages use it. No Miro connection is needed to see the previews; board names need one.

#Before you start

  • You are signed in to Confluence. The space page is not shown to logged-out readers.

  • A site admin has approved the app's page-usage permission. Without it the tab shows Page usage unavailable.

#Steps

  1. Open the Confluence space.

  2. Select Miro in the space sidebar.

  3. Select the Space boards tab.

  4. Look at the count on each card to see how many pages embed that board.

  5. Right-click a card and choose Copy link to reuse the board on another page.

#What happens next

Paste a copied link on any page and it turns into the Miro Board macro. Next to Space boards, a tab named after your Miro team lists your own boards once you connect.

#If it does not work

Every board in the space, one place.
