What you are seeing

An admin cannot find any Miro settings.

#Why it happens

There are none. The app's settings entry shows only an Introduction section, and there is no space settings screen.

#A few things that catch people out

  • Because the app ships permission changes pending approval, a newly added permission degrades the feature that needs it until an admin approves it in Admin Hub. In practice this shows up as "Page usage unavailable ... A site admin can approve it in Admin Hub." on the gallery.

  • One Miro connection per person, and it is one Miro team. There is no team or organisation filter and none can be added below Miro Enterprise: a token binds to one team, and Miro's organisation and team listing endpoints require Enterprise plus Company Admin. The team is shown as a label, not a dropdown.

  • Disconnecting removes the token from Capable but does not revoke the authorisation at Miro. To remove it there too, remove the app in Miro's own settings.
