What you are seeing

The "Manage Apps" or "View on Marketplace" link on the licence banner leads nowhere useful.

#Why it happens

The banner builds a Confluence admin path (<siteUrl>/wiki/plugins/servlet/upm), which does not work in Jira, and the Marketplace link resolves to a broken URL because the Jira app passes no Marketplace listing id.

#What to do

Ignore the banner links and go to Jira → Apps → Manage apps directly.
