The Diagrams page is empty and every surface shows a "License Not Found" or "License expired" banner.

#Why it happens

Licensing is enforced in production. With no licence the app is replaced by the banner, and separately Jira stops delivering attachment events to the app, so the search index also stops updating.

#What to do

Check the subscription at Jira → Apps → Manage apps. A fresh install can take a few minutes to activate. Be aware that after a licence is restored the browse page stays stale for previously changed issues until each one sees another attachment change.
