What you are seeing
An "Ask AI about this diagram" button is described somewhere but never appears.
#Why it happens
The AI chat code is bundled but unreachable in this app. The required websocket provider is never mounted above the button's own check, so the button is always suppressed.

Do not expect AI features in Diagrams for Jira.
