Known issues
One limitation is worth stating plainly, because it shapes how you structure boards.
#Sub-items are not supported
Workflow Hub does not work on sub-items. Sub-items have their own set of fields and cannot currently carry a workflow.
Design the process at item level. If your process depends on moving sub-items through steps, Workflow Hub cannot express it today.
#A few things worth knowing
A board can still use sub-items; they simply have no workflow view.
The parent item's workflow is unaffected by its sub-items.
