Configure who can manage teams

Go to the Confluence Administration and then Apps → Capable to manage teams:

  • Admins Only by default: Only Confluence administrators can create or edit teams.

  • Delegate Team Management: You can give access to others by assigning them as team managers via the global Manage Teams interface.
