# Configure who can manage teams

Go to the Confluence Administration and then **Apps → Capable** to manage teams:

* **Admins Only** by default: Only Confluence administrators can create or edit teams.
* **Delegate Team Management**: You can give access to others by assigning them as team managers via the global **Manage Teams** interface.
