Use the approval dashboard

With the Capable Approval Dashboard, you can efficiently track, manage, and execute approval tasks within Confluence, enhancing productivity and ensuring seamless operation.

Whether you're coordinating team approvals or dealing with complex project sign-offs, the dashboard simplifies your tasks, allowing you to maintain control and transparency throughout the process.

#1. Click on Capable Approval in the Apps menu

#2. Access the Approval Dashboard

There are three panels in the dashboard, each with a purpose explained below.

#2.1. Overview panel

See a quick summary of all approvals in the currently selected scope.

#2.1. Assigned to you panel

This panel shows pages that require your response (someone requested your approval).

#3.2. Requested by you panel

This panel shows pages you requested approval from other users on.

#3.3. Expired/expiring soon panel

These are pages that have expired or will expire soon.
