2FA approval limitations
Currently, 2FA approvals must be responded to directly from the specific page where the approval request is presented. At this time, it is not possible to action these approvals from other areas of the system, which limits flexibility and convenience for users.
The Approval Inbox is one such area from which 2FA approvals cannot currently be actioned, meaning users must leave this inbox to respond to approval requests.
Similarly, the Search Approval Panel does not support responding to 2FA approvals, requiring users to navigate away from this panel to complete the approval process.
The Bulk Change Feature is also not capable of handling 2FA approval actions, which means users cannot manage multiple approvals simultaneously from this feature.
