Trademarks and third-party product names
Our migration documentation, our comparison pages and our integration pages all name other companies' products. They have to: you cannot document migrating away from an app without naming it.
Naming a product is not a claim about it, and it is not a relationship with its owner.
#The notice
All product names and trademarks mentioned in our documentation are the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion is for reference and comparison purposes only, and does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by the trademark holders. Any trademarks or registered trademarks remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Use of these names is purely to facilitate discussion and does not constitute a license from or by the trademark holder.
#Where this applies
Migration documentation, which names every app we can migrate content away from.
Integration documentation, which names the services our apps connect to.
Comparison material, wherever it appears.
If you own a trademark named in our documentation and you would like something changed, contact us.
#A few things worth knowing
This notice belongs on any space that names third-party products. Our migration space carries it on its homepage.
Naming an app as migratable is a statement about our converter, not about that app's quality.
We do not use other companies' logos in documentation without permission.
