Terms, privacy and subprocessors

Terms of service, the privacy policy and the subprocessor list are legal documents. They are published and maintained in one authoritative place, and restating them on a wiki page creates a second version that will eventually disagree with the first.

So this page points at them rather than reproducing them.

#What this space does carry

  • Incident reports, which are a record rather than a legal document.

  • The trademark notice covering third-party product names.

  • Announcements about pricing and company changes.

#A few things worth knowing

  • Internal security policies are not published here. They exist, they are audited, and they are shared under NDA where a review requires them.

  • A subprocessor list changes over time, which is exactly why it is not copied onto a wiki page.

  • Marketplace listings carry their own terms per app, which matters if you buy standalone apps rather than the suite.

One authoritative copy. This is a signpost.
