This document will walk you through the process of accessing, reviewing, and responding to approval requests sent by your colleagues.

Step-by-Step

Follow the guide below to find out how to respond to an approval request.

1. Open the Approval Panel from the top of the page

Click on the approval entry shown just below the Confluence page title.

2. Enter an optional comment and choose your response

This will show the Approval Response panel, from where you can enter your response.

Responders will be able to respond to the approval request from the top of the page. They can either approve, reject or leave a comment.

5. The approval status display will update with the new responses.

The approval status panel will show providing a summary of the current status.

6. The requestor will receive a notification about your response

Automatic notifications are sent according to the users' settings.

7. Checking the current status

You can always open the top panel to see a summary of current status and click on users to see their response, or view history.
