Step-by-Step

Take it one step at a time with the walktrhough.

1. Add some dates to your page with //

You can include a user who is assigned to this date and wrap the date inside a task or decision and this will be displayed on the calendar.

2. Type /calendar in the editor and press Enter

This will insert the macro.

If you don't see the dates from your page immediately, it is likely that you need to save your changes first.

3. Configure the Macro using the Pencil/Edit Icon

You can choose:

  1. What dates to display (currently limited to the current page)

  2. What view you would like displayed?

    1. Yearly

    2. Monthly

    3. Weekly

    4. Day

    5. Agenda

  3. How tall (height) would you like the calendar?

  4. How should cards in the calendar be highlighted?

    1. By user mentioned

    2. By page

    3. By type

    4. None

  5. Whether user avatars should be displayed when a user is mentioned.

4. You can hover over events to view more info about them

5. Go to today

6. Export dates to your calendar app

7. Open Full screen view

8. Change view mode
