The Integrations Dashboard on Capable provides a centralized location where users can connect and manage various integrations to enhance their Confluence environment.

Accessing the Integrations Dashboard

  1. Navigate to the Home Page: Start from the main dashboard of your Capable account.

  2. Open the Integrations Section: Click on the 'Integrations' panel, which you can find on the right-hand side of the interface.

Setting Up Integrations

Capable supports a variety of integrations, including email and Slack. Here’s how to set up each:

Email Integration

  1. Click on the 'Email' toggle within the Integrations panel.

  2. Ensure the toggle turns green, indicating that the Email integration is active.

You might need to provide additional details such as your email address or a server configuration, depending on your organization's requirements.

Slack Integration

  1. In the Integrations panel, locate and click on the 'Slack' section.

  2. Click on the 'Connect' button to start the integration process with Slack.

  3. You will be redirected to a Slack authentication page. Log in with your Slack credentials and authorize Capable to access your Slack workspace.

  4. Once authorized, you will be redirected back to Capable, where the Slack integration will now be listed as connected.

Tips for Managing Integrations

  • Check Integration Status: Always ensure that the integration status is active (indicated by a green toggle). If you see a red toggle or an error message, check your settings or contact your system administrator.

  • Regular Updates: Keep your integration settings up to date. Revisit the integrations dashboard regularly to check for new features or updates to existing integrations.
