# Workflow Hub for monday.com monday.com tells you what state an item is in. It does not tell you where that item may go next, or stop somebody moving it somewhere the process does not allow. Workflow Hub adds that. Any Status column becomes a workflow: each label is a step, and you define the transitions between them.
