## Why it happens

Either the author disconnected their Smartsheet account (which drops the sheet bindings they own), or the macro was copied to another page and the signature no longer matches.

## What to do

Have the original author reconnect Smartsheet and press "Set up viewer access" again. For a copied macro, open its settings on the new page and press Apply, then set up viewer access there.
