# Find the Smartsheet sheets used in a Confluence space

To find the Smartsheet sheets used in a Confluence space, open the space, select **Smartsheet** in the space sidebar and open the **Space sheets** tab. It lists every sheet embedded on the space's pages, with how many pages use each one. The **My sheets** tab lists your own Smartsheet sheets once you log in.

## Before you start

* You are signed in to Confluence.
* A site admin has approved the app's page-usage permission. Without it you see **Page usage unavailable**.

## Steps

1. Open the Confluence space.
2. Select **Smartsheet** in the space sidebar.
3. Select the **Space sheets** tab.
4. Check the **Used on N pages** count on each sheet to see where it appears.

## What happens next

Use the list to spot sheets that are published and still embedded, or sheets nobody uses any more. To see your own sheets, open **My sheets** and log in to Smartsheet if asked.
