**What you are seeing**

The site published fine but some attachments are missing, showing "Attachment not available".

## Why it happens

The file was over 20 MB, the site hit its 1 GB storage cap, or the file type is not on the publishable list. Hitting the storage cap does NOT fail the deploy.

## What to do

Check the site's deploy log (admins only) for "Skipped" lines. Reduce file sizes, remove large attachments, or convert to a supported format.
