**What you are seeing**

Deploying is refused with "Deploy limit reached" even though I have barely deployed this site.

## Why it happens

The 12-per-hour cap applies per tenant as well as per site, so activity on your other sites uses the same allowance. Zip exports and promotes count too.

## What to do

Wait for the hour to roll over. Check Usage & Limits → "Deploys this hour / 12".
