# Columns The search table's columns are the union of whatever capabilities you have installed. That is why the table gets richer as you install more, and why the standalone app has the fewest. --- ## Every column | **Column** | **What it shows** | | ------------------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | ID | The Confluence content id of the row. | | Title | Page title with icon; editable in place to rename the page (text editor). | | Created by | Avatar of the page creator. | | Version | Current version number. | | Mentions | Users @mentioned in the page body. Needs the page body, so it forces the heavier body expansion on the search. | | Collaborators | Avatars of contributors/publishers. | | Labels | Page labels. | | Space | Space the page lives in. | | Last updated | Timestamp of the latest version. | | Created | Page creation timestamp. | | Attachments | Count of attachments on the page. | | State | Confluence content state chip. Fetched per row with its own API call, and exports as an empty cell. | | Status | Content status; editable in place via a status picker. | | Intel | Icon strip of heuristics: page size (Empty/Tiny/Small/Long page) and staleness (Recently updated through Not updated in over a year). Exports as an empty cell. | | Paragraphs | Paragraph count computed from the page body. | | Words | Word count computed from the page body. | | Characters | Character count computed from the page body. | | Raised By | Who raised the approval request. | | Approval Status | Progress bar of the approval. | | Assigned | All assigned approvers. | | Rejected | Approvers who rejected. | | Approved | Approvers who approved. | | Reviewing | Approvers still pending. | | Commented | Approvers who commented without deciding. | | Created at | When the approval was raised. | | Expires at | Approval expiry instant. | | Last response | Most recent response.
