# Space is missing from "Top spaces by issues", or its numbers look out of date

**What you are seeing**

A space is missing from "Top spaces by issues", or its numbers look out of date.

## Why it happens

The weekly sweep skips spaces whose content has not changed since the last completed run, drops spaces with zero pages from the rollup, and silently skips a space that errors during the run.

## What to do

Wait for the next weekly run or ask an administrator to press Refresh. Use the live per-rule lists scoped to that space for current numbers.
