# Pressing Refresh on the Dashboard spins and nothing happens

Pressing Refresh on the Dashboard spins and nothing happens.

## Why it happens

Queuing a run is admin-only, but the button is shown to everyone, and a non-admin's rejection is not surfaced on screen.

## What to do

Ask a Confluence administrator to press Refresh. Note that even for an administrator it queues a background sweep. The charts do not repaint immediately.
