# Disallowed domain links

### Rule

Do not add hyperlinks to domains that are not on the organisation’s approved allowlist. Replace or remove links pointing to blocked or risky destinations.

### Why it matters

Prevents security risks and data leaks to unapproved sites. Restricting outbound links helps control exposure to phishing, malware, and policy violations.
