Configure rules
Rules form the essential backbone of the Capable Quality tool, providing a flexible framework that allows you to customize settings in a way that aligns perfectly with your specific brand guidelines. For example, you can define disallowed macros that should not be used, or set criteria to identify stale pages that require updating or removal.
These rules help maintain consistency and quality across your content. You can easily configure and manage these rules on the dedicated 'Rules' page, which is located within the Quality section of the tool's interface.

#Content and Structure
Rules for page content and structure are essential guidelines that help ensure consistency and clarity throughout the document.
These rules provide a framework for organizing information logically and presenting it in a way that is easy to understand and navigate:

Long pages without headings
Stale pages (pages not updated in a specified timeframe)
