# Capable Search integration

Quality adds a "Quality" column (severity-icon counts; exports the raw tag count), a "Quality" multi-select filter with ten friendly labels (for example "Missing Alt Text", "Capitalization (AP)"), a "Domains" filter, and a "Quality" side panel subtitled "View and resolve quality issues" that embeds the same Page Quality panel with a badge showing the issue count.

## Worth knowing

* In the Capable Suite the byline only appears in spaces explicitly set to "Always". The default "Auto" silently produces no byline, unlike other Capable byline capabilities.
* The eight indexed rules only see pages Capable has indexed. The five live rules (disallowed domain links, disallowed macros, third-party macros, stale content, disallowed labels) have no such requirement and count every page, so on a partly indexed site the Dashboard total mixes full-coverage and partial-coverage numbers and the amber banner does not distinguish them.
* Disallowed domain links matches subdomains on the page and in search, but only exact domains in the counts, badges and charts.
* Disallowed macros matches loosely on the page and in search (either key containing the other, or a shared final segment) but exactly in the counts. A short key can cause false positives on the page surfaces.
* Stale content and Disallowed labels always report as passing in the Page Quality panel opened from the byline; they are only evaluated when the panel is opened from a Capable Search result.
* Live counts, list badges and the Recent violations table are searched as the signed-in user, while the weekly snapshots are collected as the app. Two people can legitimately see different numbers, and the scorecards and Top-spaces chart on the same screen use different bases.
